Almost everyone in and out of Hollywood can't get over Miley Cyrus' raunchy MTV Video Music Awards performance. While some are against Miley's performance, the boys of One Direction can't help but express their love for it. Here's what the boys had to say.

Miley Cyrus definitely made a statement at last Sunday's MTV VMAs with her performance along with Robin Thicke. Quite a few celebrities have reacted negatively against it calling Cyrus out as a "wh*re" or a "sl*t." One thing is for sure, Miley certainly didn't do it to please anybody but in the hopes of breaking into the EDM scene.

"I wasn't on drugs at all, I just wanted people to think I was. It was an act, I mean for God's sake I'm not Britney Spears or Amy Winehouse. I really want to break into the EDM scene. It's become so popular and I just love Deadmau5, Skrillex, Steve Aoki and the rest of those guys, not David Guetta though, his stuff is way too commercial for me," explained Cyrus.

For one, Cyrus doesn't need to defend herself and her performance in front of the boys of One Direction. Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles and Zayn Malik allegedly loved the performance and had nothing but great things to say about Miley in a report by Oceanup.com.

"It was very reserved. I think she's quite shy and it's about time she came out of her shell a bit," joked Harry Styles.

"We were shocked by how much coverage there was. I think she was shocked. I don't think she knew she would get so much attention from it. It's family friendly," added Louis Tomlinson.

"It was very nice. It was cute.. timid," continued Liam to which Niall Horan added, "I don't know why everyone's talking about it."

"You can sit and watch with your kids and your grandma," stated Harry with a laugh.
