"Once Upon A Time" fans have already met a number of royal characters in the fairy tale drama series and it looks like there is a chance to see three more characters joining the cast coming from the 2012 film "Brave" and the 2013 film "Frozen." OUAT creators Eddy Kitsis and Adam Horowitz revealed about their desire to include the recent Disney princesses in the TV series.

In the D23 interview, the series' creators admitted that they would love to have Anna, Elsa and Merida. "Obviously we'd be dying to do Frozen. We would love to [incorporate] Merida," Eddy Kitsis stated in the D23 report.

"Whether we get to them or not, characters like Anna, Elsa and Merida feel like they could be slotted in," Eddy's co-creator Adam Horowitz further added. The E!Online TV Scoop report was quick to come up with a poll on the actresses who could portray the Disney princesses.

"Now that we know that these three princesses have a strong possibility of popping up in the ABC hit, we took the liberty of dream-casting the actresses who would be absolutely perfect for each part. We've picked nine actresses who are definitely worthy of the OUAT crown, but we need your help to vote for who would fit in best with the enchanted ensemble," the report reads.

For the "Frozen" character Elsa, actresses Dakota Fanning, Dianna Agron and Megan Hitly are the poll's choices while Elle Fanning, Britney Snow and Anna Kendrick are the choices for the other "Frozen" character, Anna. For the "Brave" character Merida, actresses Rose Leslie, Molly Quinn and Deborah Ann Woll are competing in the entertainment Web site's poll for the additional OUAT cast.

The Latin Post report revealed that Eddy Kitsis and Adam Horowitz still have "plenty of classics left" in keeping their fairy tale spin going. "We still haven't done Aladdin and Jasmine," Eddy Kitsis teased. Adam Horowitz further teased about mentioning in the past how they love Cruella De Vil.

"Once Upon a Time" Season 3 recently had its midseason premiere on Sunday, March 9, and introduced the new "Wizard of Oz" theme that features the Wicked Witch (Rebecca Mader). Eddy Kitsis explained that going back to the pilot will show that the theme is in there.

"When Emma crashes the car and the book is flipping pages, you'll see flying monkeys. And you see it again in, I believe, the third episode of the series. We put the Oz mythology into the show at an early stage," the series creator recounted. Other characters hinted to have a possible return in the series are Sheriff Graham/The Huntsman (Jamie Dornan), Archie/Jiminy Cricket (Raphael Sbarge) and Ruby/Little Red Riding Hood (Meghan Ory).

"Once Upon a Time" airs Sunday nights at 8/7c on ABC.
