'Once Upon a Time' Season 5 spoilers: Regina wants to discover Captain Dark One’s plans in Episode 10 sneak peek video [WATCH]

The Storybrooke heroes have found out what Emma Swan/Dark Swan (Jennifer Morrison) did to Captain Hook (Colin O’Donoghue) in the sneak peek video of “Once Upon a Time” Season 5, episode 10 titled “Broken Heart.” In a recent interview, “Once Upon a Time” (OUAT) cast member Colin O’Donoghue teased about the new but dark path of his character Captain Hook in the new episode.

A confrontation between Regina Mills/Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) and the Dark Swan is teased in the sneak peek video of “Once Upon a Time” Season 5, episode 10. Regina and Emma’s parents, Snow White/Mary Margaret (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Prince Charming/David (Josh Dallas), have found out that the Dark Swan has also turned Captain Hook into a Dark One in order to save his life.

Regina wants to fix the bigger problem that the Dark Swan made. Snow White asks her daughter to give back their memories because they could piece together Captain Hook’s plan and stop him.

However, Prince Charming informs Regina, Snow White and the Dark Swan that Captain Hook is gone and he took with him the dreamcatchers that has their memories. “What the hell is Captain Dark One up to?” Regina asks in the sneak peek video.

"OUAT" cast member Colin O’Donoghue recently admitted in an interview with Entertainment Weekly (EW) that he is shocked and excited about the new storyline of the character he portrays in ABC’s fantasy-drama series. O’Donoghue teased that Captain Hook as the Dark One is kind of similar to the original Captain Hook but the current situation has the character amplified.

“A big part of who Hook is, and who he has been for hundreds of years, is that motivation for revenge,” O’Donoghue told EW. The 34-year-old Irish actor further teased that the "OUAT" fans will definitely see Captain Hook’s revenge plans in the upcoming episodes because he has already embraced the Darkness.

“Whatever the Darkness wants, he’s willing to give it to the Darkness to get what he wants for his own selfish reasons, if that makes sense." "If that means hurting people, he’s willing to do whatever it takes,” O’Donoghue added.

Another exciting part that the viewers can look forward to in “Once Upon a Time” Season 5 is Captain Hook’s backstory with his father. O’Donoghue admitted that he was also excited to explore Captain Hook’s past.

O’Donoghue further teased that Captain Hook’s backstory is linked with Regina and the "OUAT" fans will find out what really happened in the past that turned Captain Killian Jones/Captain Hook into a ruthless pirate who does not care about anything except getting his revenge. “Once Upon a Time” Season 5 returns from a short hiatus with episode 10 titled “Broken Heart” on Sunday night, Nov. 29, at 8/7c on ABC.
