A scene from episode 22 of “Once Upon A Time” Season 5 has been released online. The scene shows Emma trying to tell Regina that Hook is back. The conversation is awkward because the heroes are still dealing with the shocking death in the recent episode.

[Spoiler alert]

ABC has released a scene from the next episode showing Regina (Lana Parrilla) trying to come to terms with the death of Robin Hood (Sean Maguire). She is sitting at a diner along with Zelena (Rebecca Mader) and Henry (Jared Gilmore), when suddenly Emma rushes in.

Emma immediately recognises that the situation is delicate and tells Regina that she would like to have a word with her in private. Regina believes that Emma is trying to console her, just like the others. Just before the two could go somewhere and chat, something magical happens in Storybrooke and Hook (Colin O’Donoghue) rushes in to see if anyone is hurt.

Regina realises what Emma wanted to speak to her about and sarcastically points out to her that she has been delicate as always. Hook was left behind in the Underworld in the previous episode of “Once Upon A Time” Season 5, but Zeus (David Hoflin) sent him back.

A promo video of the next episode shows Regina teasing that her evil side may return. There will be a funeral scene in the next episode and all the heroes will stand by Regina to help her deal with the difficult situation. Meanwhile, Henry will set out to destroy magic once and for all.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Parrilla said that her character has been conflicted for years and the death of Robin Hood will certainly be tempt her to use dark magic once more. Her main mission in “Once Upon A Time” Season 5 will be to try and stop Henry from destroying magic and stop Rumple (Robert Carlyle) from harming her son.
