"White Out" couldn't be more appropriate to name an episode in which there are two snow queens - one of whom does not seem as genuinely sweet as Queen Elsa of Arendelle.

Elizabeth Mitchell ("Lost") is seen for the first time in Once Upon A Time Season 4, Episode 2. She's the "lucky" ice cream shop lady in Storybrooke. Her merchandise does not melt a bit despite a blackout that Elsa has inadvertently triggered.

No one has called Mitchell the Snow Queen yet, but to speculating fans, she sort of reveals herself in the final act of OUAT 4x2. Fans are betting on forum sites Mitchell is playing the "big bad" of the first half of Once Upon A Time Season 4. (Watch the promo video below to find out more.)

Here are some of the highlights of Once Upon A Time Season 4, Episode 2 ("White Out"):

Anna meets Prince Charming - before he was a prince. She gives the then long-haired shepherd David a dose of courage - and more.

Snow White breaks down, blames the whiny townsfolk (including the usually scary Granny), goes to as far as saying it is the townspeople that caused Regina to act evil.

Emma tells Elsa she has magic, too, and the two bond while Emma nearly dies because Elsa's inability to control her powers.

Bo Peep the Bully is one mean woman in the Enchanted Forest, as Peep in Storybrooke, she's even meaner.

It seems Rumplestiltskin has something to do with Anna's disappearance.

"We really, really don't like to give up," wakes up Henry from brooding.

And the Snow Queen reveals herself.
