There was a lot of red carpet action this week, thanks to movie premieres left and right. Olivia Wilde, Kate Hudson, Deepika Padukone - this week's best dressed - showed off stylish looks in a variety of colours.
Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis attended the premiere of "We're the Millers" in New York City on August 1. The engaged couple looked great, thanks in no small part to Olivia's red-hot Osman dress. Too bad for "We're the Millers" star Jennifer Aniston because the 29-year-old Revlon model served minimalist style in fierce red. Olivia's strapless, asymmetrical hem frock was a standout. And to seal the best dressed deal? Red lipstick on Olivia Wilde. Nude Casadei heels and a Jimmy Choo clutch completed her winning premiere outfit.
Stunning couple Deepika Padukone and Shahrukh Khan stopped by "The Lorraine Show" in London. The "Chennai Express" star looked gorgeous in a Gaurav Gupta dress. The coral-coloured confection featured sheer cut-outs and lovely floral embroidery. With flawless makeup and beautiful earrings, Deepika Padukone definitely deserved a spot on this week's best dressed.
"Clear History" had Kate Hudson out and about this week. At the premiere, Kate's quilted Balmain, with its bulky details and dangerously high hemline, was a bit of a head-scratcher. But Kate had something up her sleeve. She stopped by "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" in a little white dress. The blonde actress' Antonio Berardi sheath with its halter neckline and at-the-knee length fit her to perfection. That effortless chic approach spelled success for Kate.
This week's best dressed stars also include Sophia Bush who hosted the Do Something Awards in glamorous style. Her aqua and white Monique Lhuillier printed gown for her walk on the red carpet was her best that evening. Sharon Stone joined the list, thanks to the 55-year-old's white-hot sheath and gold jewelry at the "Lovelace" screening.
