Apple just announced the 26th Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), the annual developers meet, will be held for four days, from June 8th to June 12th, in Moscone West, SF. This Apple festive occasion, exclusive for developers, will overwhelm with 100s of technical sessions, held by 1000+ engineers and the developers will get hands-on experience in the Apple labs to develop new technologies, to update the apps and to get a complete insight of iOS and OS X.

Senior Vice-President of Worldwide Marketing, Philip Schiller said, “The App Store ignited an app ecosystem that is simply amazing, forever changing the lives of customers and creating millions of jobs worldwide. We’ve got incredible new technologies for iOS and OS X to share with developers at WWDC and around the world, and can’t wait to see the next generation of apps they create”. Apple is expecting iOS and OS X developers, representing 60 different countries.

Apple’s slogan for WWDC 2015 is ‘The epicenter of change’. It is not just the developers, but the entire globe is fervently expecting world-shattering announcements, during the sessions. Apple TV is likely to be released in the event of WWDC, along with the launch of OS X new version and iOS9. Probably, Apple Smartwatch will have updates, as well. Authorized reports claim that rather than adding additional feature, the focus is on enhancing the speed and stability of OS X.

Tickets for WWDC can be booked through the official Apple website, but the attendees will be chosen through a random selection process. The booking closes at 10.a.m. Pacific, April 17th, Friday and the developers have to wait until 5p.m. Pacific April 20th, to know whether they are on the list. Apple also offers 350 WWDC scholarships, for the top students and STEM organization members. Developers who are entitled to get a scholarship can avail free tickets for WWDC 2015, without paying the real cost of $1,599, for four days.
