Now that Apple CEO and visionary billionaire Steve Jobs has passed away, some of the most influential people in the world share their sincerest condolences.

Steve Jobs not only changed the world with his ideas, but his influence has shaped modern communication through his cutting-edge hardware products. One of his greatest creations were the iPhone, iPod, iPad, iMac, and the series of Macbook laptops that improved the way people deliver work and systemize huge-scale business planning.

Due to the popularity of his hardware and the accuracy of the software involved with his inventions, he instantly became the "force to reckon with in" the technology world. His death served a shocker to most influential people, with statements about their condolences coming in and out of social media tools like Twitter and Facebook.

President Barack Obama, Apple CEO Tim Cook, Patton Oswalt, and Mark Zuckerberg expressed their sentiments through their twitter accounts. President Obama said "Rest in peace, Steve Jobs. From all of us at #Obama2012, thank you for the work you make possible every day-including ours".

"Steve, thank you for being a mentor and a friend. Thanks for showing that what you build can change the world. I will miss you." Writes Mark Zuckerberg via his official facebook page. Microsoft mogul and good friend of Jobs', Bill Gates, woefully remarked "The world rarely sees someone who made such a profound impact".

Jobs died due to a long battle with cancer on Oct. 5. He was 56 years old and is survived by 4 children and his wife Laurence Powell Jobs.
