Nickeloden's Amanda Bynes VS Disney's Lindsay Lohan [PHOTOS]

If there's a battle between "Twilight" and "Harry Potter" or a fight between One Direction and Justin Bieber, in the world of DUIs there's former Nickelodeon star, Amanda Bynes VS former Disney star, Lindsay Lohan.

With the recent events involving Amanda Bynes and her multiple drunken driving incidents, Lohan is one to be aggravated due to the fact that Bynes isn't even jailed.

Nickelodeon's very own star, Amanda Bynes is on a downward spiral. Despite originally announcing leaving Hollywood, Amanda had retracted her decision yet it was too late for her career. The film projects immediately stopped and Amanda's last graceful note was her scandalous cover for Maxim magazine. There's no way up for Amanda apparently and due to that the 26-year old has been involved in multiple drunken driving incidents.

The big question is with two hit-and-runs, how come Bynes hasn't been imprisoned? Well, one celebrity who had a history of DUIs and had been jailed for it wants to know why exactly. Who would this celebrity be? It would be none other than former Disney star, Lindsay Lohan.

"Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far? +," tweeted Lohan, adding, "These are the moments that I appreciate my life experiences, living without regrets and Disney for supporting me as an actress-night all*"

Well, unfair as it may sound to LiLo, Bynes is still due for court on September 21. If Bynes will be found guilty, the 26-year old actress will also be facing equal charges as that of Lindsay Lohan. Bynes could be imprisoned for up to six months in jail and be paying a $1000 fine. Given Bynes' failing career, a thousand dollars is too much to handle.

Lohan might say things are still unfair on her part but looking at her past situation, Lindsay had her mother and sister's support. On the other hand, Bynes' parents refuse to handle the situation and according to Ronald Bynes, Amanda's uncle, the parents have no idea what Amanda is going through.

"[Her father] doesn't want to talk about her and often changes the subject," says Ronald, adding, "The problem is there's no correspondence [between Amanda and her parents]. I don't even think they know what's going on with her."

Fans of Amanda Bynes can only pray that imprisonment does her good and hopefully by the time she's out, there would be no DUIs ever occurring.
