Nick Young took a jab at Snoop Lion, formerly known as Snoop Dogg, to back his superstar girlfriend Aussie-born Iggy Azalea. It wouldn't be the first time that Young has spoken to defend Iggy. He has previously expressed his thoughts when Iggy got controversial because of Nicki Minaj's acceptance speech at 2014 BET Awards. As such, when Iggy got blasted by Snoop Lion on social media, Young quickly walled Iggy from her hecklers.

Azalea's beef with Snoop started when the "Drop It Like It's Hot' singer posted a picture mocking the flawless singer on Instagram on Oct. 13. Snoop went on and continued posting memes of Azalea, which led to the "Fancy" singer to answer Snoop's seemingly inappropriate harsh attacks on her on social media. In one photo, a snap of Azalea was put in the middle of the Marlon Wayans and Shawn Wayans in their costumes for the comedy flick "White Chicks." In another meme, Snoop shared a picture of Minaj with the statement that reads "The Queen Of Rap."

@SNOOPDOGG congrats on ur success but my dog taking a shit is news worthy now days & I dont need to troll for attention, can u say the same?

@snoopdogg i never came at you sideways, you took it too far. none of this was needed. — IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) October 15, 2014

@SnoopDogg the real question is why IS someone SO accomplished trolling other artists?

— IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) October 15, 2014

@snoopdogg i find the whole thing to be disappointing, good luck with your album. god bless. — IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) October 15, 2014

Azalea has deleted some of her rants and said that she has pretty much voiced what she needed to say. Hot New Hip Hop has Azalea's full Twitter rant. To further fuel things up, Azalea's Los Angeles Lakers player boyfriend also took to Twitter to throw a jab at the 42-year-old rapper.

On Oct. 16, Snoop has shared a video on Instagram. In the video, Snoop apologised to Azalea. The apology came after he had spoken with Azalea's friend and manager T.I. Snoop said that there wouldn't be any more "bad talks" and that he was sorry for slandering Azalea, who in turn was quick to accept his apology.

I appreciate the apology @snoopdogg — IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) October 15, 2014

Meanwhile, Azalea has stepped out in the public after her feud with Snoop. Mail Online reported that Azalea visited a nail salon in Los Angeles. She was makeup free. Azalea was wearing a long sleeve T-shirt and a pair of skimpy shorts to match her black sandals. She also sported a straw hat over her blonde hair tied in the back.

Azalea rose to fame as a rapper after her song "Fancy" bettered the charts. The song ruled the Billboard Hot 100 for seven weeks. She has made music history and joined The Beatles by having two top singles in the Billboard chart. She became the second artist to have consecutive singles at the number one and two places after The Beatles.
