Google's latest device Motorola-made Nexus 6 has been released via T-Mobile and AT&T, while Sprint customers were able to get their hands on the device from last week. Potential buyers can avail the 5.9-inch display clad Nexus 6 as a 32 GB or 64 GB version.

T-Mobile

In the case of T-Mobile, the 32 GB Nexus 6 model can be availed for US$0 down and 24 monthly payments of US$27.08. The 64 GB variant, on the other hand, comes for US$0 down, along with 24 monthly payments of US$29.16. By going off-contract, the Motorola Nexus 6 can be purchased for US$649.92 outright for a 32 GB variant and US$699.84 for a 64 GB model, according to Phone Arena. Notably, the Nexus device is available in the much-loved Midnight Blue colour in T-Mobile.

Sprint

Sprint started selling the Nexus 6 handset from Nov. 14 in the U.S. The phone can be availed for US$0 down and 24 monthly payments of US$29 under Sprint's Easy Pay plan. In addition, buyers can also opt for a 32 GB Midnight Blue Nexus 6 model under the standard two-year contract for US$299. Meanwhile, the off-contract price is US$696. However, the 64 GB model is not available in Sprint, at this point, reports GSM Arena.

AT&T

AT&T Nexus 6 can be purchased for US$249.99 under a standard two-year contract. The off-contract retail price of the handset under AT&T comes for US$682.99.

Based on the above pricing details, it is clear that Sprint is charging US$50 extra for the Nexus 6 when compared to AT&T, which charges US$249.99 under contract. Furthermore, the full retail price is also higher under Sprint. While AT&T offers the Nexus 6 for US$682.99, Sprint provides the same device for US$696, notes GSM Arena.

Key Specifications

The 5.9-inch display of the Nexus 6 is complemented by a Quad HD resolution of 1,440 x 2,560 pixels and this combination translates to a pixel density of 493 ppi. Under the hood, the device is powered by a quad-core (Qualcomm Snapdragon 805) Krait 450 SoC, clocked at 2.7 GHz and backed by a killer 3 GB of RAM. Speaking of camera, there is a 13 MP rear-facing camera unit with dual-LED flash and a 2 MP selfie camera at the front. Also, the phone runs on the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. Even though, the smartphone is not IP67/68 certified, the device is water resistant.

The whole configuration is held together by a humongous battery unit of Li-Po 3220 mAh. This battery has the capability to provide up to 24 hours of talk time and 330 hours of stand-by time. It is worth noting that, the Nexus 6 is rated among the top 5 smartphones that charge quicker than other flagships. Additionally the device also supports 4G LTE, wireless charging and NFC.
