Another week brings a slew of new games to PlayStation owners of all platforms. This week’s offerings are particularly diverse, from quirky indies to classic horror, sports titles aplenty and even a sprinkling of AAA bundles.

As noted by the PlayStation Blog, this week sees the release of “MLB 15 The Show,” the 10th entry in the long-running franchise. This year’s release sees the addition of year-to-year saves, licenced equipment and baseball legends, and will be playable on PS4, PS3 and PS Vita. Gamers looking for something a little different from their baseball games can pick up R.B.I baseball instead, which features new game modes, authentic ballparks, improved animations and detailed stat tracking.

PS Vita owners will be happy to see they get treated to a brand new, free-to-play first party game in the form of “Run Sackboy! Run!” Based on the popular “LittleBigPlanet” series of games, “Run Sackboy! Run!” is a sidescrolling platform-survival game that challenges gamers to collect chains of bubbles, fund power-ups and unlock costumes they can use in “LittleBigPlanet 3.”

PS3 owners are hardly left out in the cold, as Square Enix has released two triple packs, which feature a number of similarly themed games at a reduced price. The “Ultimate Action Triple Pack” includes “Tomb Raider,” “Sleeping Dogs” and “Just Cause 2,” while the “Ultimate Stealth Triple Pack” comes with “Hitman,” Thief” and “Deus Ex: Human Revolution.” All games are guaranteed to keep gamers busy for a decent amount of time.

Available on PS Vita and PS4 is demon-slaying monster-hunting game “Toukiden: Kiwami.” “Toukiden: Kiwami” features twice the number of demons the original “Toukiden” featured, plus two new characters, an expanded story and new equipment. The game will also offer cross-save functionality and multiplayer cross-play between PlayStation 4 and PS Vita.

On the indie front, sidescrolling Metroid-vania “Axiom Verge” finally makes the leap to PS4, featuring an ancient, high-tech environment for players to discover. IGN rated Axiom Verge a 7.9 out of 10 in its review, noting the boss fights, character upgrades and weapon variety as highlights. As noted by PlayStation Lifestyle, old-school gamers have even more to enjoy, thanks to the release of From Software PSOne classic, "Shadow Tower," which makes a wonderful companion piece to the recently released “Bloodborne.” The full breakdown of this week’s new PSN releases includes:
