Jessica Gomes to Replace Miranda Kerr on Victoria's Secret

While Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr has strongly denied being dropped by clients and has remained unfazed by Victoria’s Secret reports, new names of stunning models have been coming out to take her place as the retail giant’s new angel. Another Aussie beauty, stunning model, Jessica Gomes is one of them.

Who is Jessica Gomes?

She had already replaced Miranda Kerr for the same capacity in another company. Gomes was recently named as the new face of David Jones, an Australian-based retail giant which had Miranda as its Ambassador for five years before the mother of adorable Flynn cut ties with DJ early this year.

The 27-year-old native of Perth, Australia is a talent of Women Management, and she has slowly making a name for herself in recent years. She had already appeared in Sports Illustrated for five consecutive years from 2008 t0 2013. Aside from the high-profile cover and appearance for the U.S. magazine, Gomes has had a feather in her cap.

She had already modeled for a number of clothig companies including, DKNY Jeans, Levi’s, and even occasional modeling stint for Victoria’s Secret. The black-haired model had also represented Garnier, Motorola, Urban Outfitters and LG Electronics. Her resume also included gracing the cover of Biba and a contract with Estee Lauder as the face of Diddy’s Unforgivable fragrance.

Of all the hot models as top potential replacement for Miranda Kerr, Jessica Gomes has the most weighted resume and she is no doubt close if not exactly in the same league as Miranda Kerr’s international superstardom.

Gomes is recently based in New York.
