TENAA posted a new HTC smartphone having the device model D820us that features octa-core processor with 64-bit support. Reports indicate that the processors are MT6752 made by MediaTek.

HTC Desire 820us Sports Eight Processor Cores With 64-Bit Support

Latest reports from GSMArena unveiled the HTC Desire 820us spotted at Chinese website TENAA. It sports MT6752 eight core processors with 64-bit computing made by MediaTek having the clock speed of 1.7 GHz. In terms of design factor, HTC Desire 820us features similar looks with HTC One M8 having measurements of 157.7 x 74.4 x 7.74 mm in thickness and weighs 154 grams.

Other technical specifications of the smartphone include Android 4.4.4 KitKat as its factory operating system, 5.5 inches of screen display with IPS technology and 720p HD resolution, 2 GB of memory capacity, 16 GB of internal storage space with up to 32 GB storage expansion capacity via microSD card slot, a 13 MP rear camera, an 8 MP front-facing camera with possible wide-angle lens for selfie purposes and TD-LTE compatibility. However, battery capacity was not included on the post from TENAA.

HTC Desire 820us will be sold in different colour schemes including black, white, grey, blue, orange, green and pink. It is expected to be released in China due to the stamp of approval from TENAA, but remains unconfirmed if will be released for international markets. No official prices have been listed on TENAA as well.

Meanwhile, HTC is planning to release a new Desire smartphone in the United States based on their official website. HTC Desire Eye is expected to be launched next month which features 5.2 inches of screen display having 1,920 x 1,080 full HD resolution, HTC Sense 6 user interface, dustproof and water resistance certification and two cameras having the 13 MP rating. It runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat powered by 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, equipped with 2 GB of RAM chipset and 16 GB of internal storage capacity with microSD card support of up to 128 GB.
