After rumors of who the will be the face of the new Bond girl surfaced, it was now confirmed that French beauty Berenice Marlohe won the part. The actress will star with Daniel Craig for the upcoming "Bond23."

The beautiful lady is a French actress aiming to shift from television to the big screen. Currently, she is shooting a movie "Un Bonheur N'arrive Jamais Seul" directed by James Huth.

Before the role was finalized and given to Marlohe the rumored list of choices included Brazilian model Ana Araujo and girlfriend of Rolling Stones rocker Ronnie Wood competed with Naomie Harris for the role.

While Craig has found his lady for the movie for the latest installment of the Bond films, Director Sam Mended reportedly chose to shoot the opening scenes in Turkey. Producers Michael Wilson and Barbara Broccoli have met with the government officials in Turkey for the deal to shoot scenes in Istanbul.

"The opening scenes are planned to be filmed in Istanbul, but some other places will also be used outside Istanbul for the film," Ertugrul Gunay Turkish Minister for Culture and Tourism said. "There are, however, a number of locations, including the waterside and shores of the Bosporus, in consideration for the 10-15 minutes of the movie that is to be filmed in Turkey."

The latest Bon movie is the third one to be shot in Istanbul, including "From Russia With Love" and "The World Is Not Enough". Wilson said that James Bond is not stranger to Istanbul and it feels now that they are just coming home.
