Channel Eleven posted a sneak peek of Friday’s episode. In the trailer, Sonya fears for her and her family’s safety after the vandalism incidents. Mark says he’s looking at a possible suspect. In another scene, he yells at Aaron, “I told you not to do anything!” Digital Spy reports that Aaron blames Clive West and publicly shames the old man, which angers Mark.

Meanwhile, Paige sees Jack sparring with his friend Dustin. Old feelings start to stir inside her, and to take her mind off it, she asks to replace Jack and box with Dustin. However, their little fun ends when Dustin accidentally punches her straight on the face, knocking her down. Spoilers hint that Jack will be so worried about Paige, which may make him think twice about his decision to go back to priesthood.

“Neighbours” recap

On Thursday, Steph borrowed Sonya’s car to pick up some supplies for the motel. From afar, someone watched Steph as she get inside the vehicle. Before that however, she went to confront Mark about his photo with Elly. Steph said Elly was clearly flirting with him, but Mark reckoned Elly was just trying to get back with her ex. Mark accused of Steph being jealous, but she denied it. Later, Steph confronted Elly for almost running her and Jimmy down, as well as the photo Elly posted. Steph made it clear that she’s keeping her eyes on Elly.

After thinking it through, Steph realised that she was jealous of Elly and told Mark about it. Steph revealed that it’s her first time to get jealous. Mark assured her that he loves her and no one will get in the way of that. Steph said that the reason why she’s jealous is because she loves him two. The two kissed. Things seemed to be okay, but when Mark dropped by the Kennedys’ house, he walked in on Elly clad only with a towel. Mark made sure that they’re on the same page – that he’s happy with his relationship with Steph. Elly said she was just goofing around.

At Harold’s, while Elly was tutoring Xanthe, a popular school boy named Cooper was checking Xanthe out. Their conversation turned to Xanthe’s problems with Ben, and Elly encouraged her to show Ben what he’s been missing. Meanwhile, Gary gave some tips to Ben to win back Xanthe. Gary advised the teen to make a big effort for Xanthe. Ben decided to compose a song for Xanthe. While he was practicing it, Xanthe was busy spending time with Cooper. Ben went to Harold’s to make the grand gesture, but saw Xanthe flirting with Cooper. Ben sadly walked away.

Sonya arrived at Toadie’s office and informed Karl and Aaron that the council agreed to fund the bike lane but they have to reallocate the money from other projects. Karl and Aaron were also excited to hear that Sonya’s supporting their cause. However, when Karl went to the school to share the good news with Susan, he discovered that one of her projects would suffer to give the budget to Karl’s campaign. Susan was really incensed by the fact that her project would get shelved – she said so to the local newspaper. Sonya gathered some of the community members to talk about the bike lane proposal. Karl was really pumped after the community said yes to his campaign, but both he and Sonya were horrified to see her car painted with the word “die” on the windshield. She rushed to Toadie’s office to report what happened, but as they were talking, his window got smashed with a brick.
