Shocking discoveries hound Ramsay Street on the upcoming episode of “Neighbours.” On Thursday, Terese Willis (Rebekah Elmaloglou) is horrified to find out that Lassiters is filled with hidden cameras that record the guests’ activities inside their rooms. Aware that this would lead to catastrophic results, she and Madison Robinson (Sarah Ellen) search the entire hotel to retrieve and destroy each camera before any footage leaks out.

Terese also has to deal with another nightmare – the singer they booked for a live performance is nowhere to be found. Fortunately, Madison comes to save the day and ends up winning the heart of the audience. Other “Neighbours” cast members who will also appear on the Aug.25 episode include Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis), Amy Williams (Zoe Cramond) and Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson).

“Neighbours” also stars Sonya Rebecchi (Eve Morey), Jarrod “Toadie” Rebecchi (Ryan Moloney), Stephanie Scully (Carla Bonner), Mark Brennan (Scott McGregor), Jack Callahan (Andrew Morley), Elly Conway (Jodi Anasta), Ned (Ben Hall), Xanthe Canning (Lilly Van Der Meer), Ben Ian Kirk (Felix Mallard), Piper Willis (Mavournee Hazel), Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne), Karl (Alan Fletcher), Gary Canning (Damien Richardson), Sheila Canning (Colette Mann), Tyler Brennan (Travis Burns), Paige Smith (Olympia Valance), Brad Willis (Kip Gamblin), Lauren Turner (Kate Kendall), Charlie Hoyland (Alexander McGuire) and Jimmy Williams (Darcy Tadich).

Neighbours posted a sneak peek of Thursday's episode on its Facebook page. In the trailer, Ned went over to the Kennedys to spend more time with Elly. When she goes to the kitchen to get some snacks, she spots Ned's wallet and does some snooping around. She finds a lock of blonde hair inside his wallet and mulls over her discovery. Digital Spy reports that this scene comes after a disastrous dinner with Brad and Lauren, wherein Elly inadvertently offends Lauren.

Spoilers also suggest that after Tim’s shocking information about hidden cameras at Lassiters, Terese and Madison looked for them in the hotel rooms. At the end of their search, they discover and remove six cameras. Determined to find the culprit, Terese viewed the footage captured in each. Spoilers hint that Amy reckons it’s Ryan Prescott who did it, considering that he had done something like it before.

According to spoilers, it’s also going to be Madison’s time to shine as a singer, when she is forced to perform on stage. While they were able to book singer Rhonda Riley for a live musical entertainment at The Waterhole, Paul bribes her to delay her arrival at Lassiters. Aaron goes to Plan B and urges Madison to do an opening act while he looks for Rhonda. Left with no choice, Madison agrees.

“Neighbours” recap

On Wednesday, Mark arrived at the Cannings to question Gary regarding Cooper’s assault. Mark informed Gary that Cooper was struck in the head and was being treated for concussion. Apparently, Maureen told the police about Gary’s threat. Mark then grilled Gary about his whereabouts, but Gary couldn’t give a clear explanation. Gary insisted his innocence but Mark didn’t seem to buy it.

The police also questioned the Kennedys while Ben and Piper were listening in. Piper revealed to Ben that Gary came over to school earlier, looking for Cooper. When Gary asked where Cooper lives, Piper gave him the address. Piper wondered whether she should tell this to Mark to help resolve the case.

Determined to prove his dad’s innocence, Xanthe went to investigate Cooper’s case herself. When she talked to Ben, he said that Cooper deserved what he got, making Xanthe suspicious. She told Mark about her conversation with Ben, and as a result, Mark questioned Ben. The teen also did not have a solid alibi during the time that the assault happened. Backed into a corner, Ben told Mark about Piper’s story – that Gary came over to school and asked for Cooper.

While it looked like Gary would be pinned down for Cooper’s assault in light of the new information, Paul vouched for Gary and said that the latter was working for him during the time of the assault. It looked like Gary’s in the clear, but it also meant that he now owed Paul more than ever. In exchange for bailing him out, Gary has to do everything Paul asks for, legal or not.

At Lassiters, Tim Collins visited Terese and offered to give her positive publicity for the hotel in exchange for a room at the hotel for corporate activities. He also admitted that he wants to bury Paul as much as possible. Despite her reservations towards Tim and his paper, she agreed to his proposal. After, Paul warned Terese that the Lassiters might be dragged into the Xanthe-Cooper trouble, considering that it supposedly happened at the hotel. Later, Tim went to Terese’s office raging mad. He confronted her about footages from hidden cameras planted all over the hotel. Terese suspected Paul, but Tim brushed off her theory. Tim ordered Terese to find all the hidden cameras and destroy them before any footage comes out.

Meanwhile, Elly was dismayed to hear that Ned and Madison had a good time on their date. Madison invited Elly and Tyler to join them for a swim the next day. At the pool, Elly shamelessly flirted with Tyler to make Ned jealous. However, she also caught Paige’s attention, who seemed irked with Elly’s moves.

When Paige lashed at Elly for flirting with Tyler, Elly made a nasty comeback and said that at least she’s flirting with someone who’s available. It’s clearly a direct hit against Paige, who’s known to pine for a priest. Hurt, Paige walked off. Later, Tyler went to Harold’s to clear the air with Paige and say that there’s nothing going on with him and Elly. Tyler also said he’d be training buddies with Paige again, and it seemed that the two became friends again. Things also seemed to be picking up between Elly and Ned, who admitted that his date with Madison was completely platonic. After clearing the air, the two shared a kiss.
