Another action-packed episode of "NCIS" awaits its fans on Tuesday, as the team deals with a high-profile and equally high-risk case. The latest installment, titled “React,” focuses on the kidnapping of the Secretary of the Navy’s daughter. The Feb. 16 run will feature Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon), Timothy McGee (Sean Murray), Anthony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly), Eleanor Bishop (Emily Wickersham) and Jimmy Palmer (Brian Dietzen).

Leslie Hope appears on the episode as Sarah Porter, the Secretary of the Navy. Other “NCIS” cast members who will be seen on Tuesday night include Leon Vance (Rocky Carroll), Abby Sciuto (Pauley Perrette), Dr Donald Mallard (David McCallum) and NCIS Special Agent Valeri Page (Christina Chang).

TV Guide reports that on Tuesday’s episode, the NCIS crew partners with the FBI to delve into a kidnapping case which involves the daughter of the Secretary of the Navy. Meanwhile, McGee's childhood friend, NCIS Special Agent Valerie Page, lends the team her expertise on advance tactics training.

“NCIS” also posted a sneak peek of its Feb. 16 episode on its YouTube page. The preview video opens with the Porter’s daughter being whisked off to a van by masked men. After Porter learns of the kidnapping incident, she tells Gibbs, “My daughter was targeted because of who I am.” Somebody says that the case could be politically motivated.

In another part of the video, the team hears from the kidnappers, who demand for ransom in exchange for Porter’s daughter. Bruce, Porter’s husband, figures on the next scene as he orders the kidnappers to give him his daughter. He gets shot by the kidnappers, which opens fire between the authorities and the kidnappers. The trailer wraps with Gibbs lying unconscious on the pavement, with his face bloodied.

The Feb. 16 episode of “NCIS” is directed by Bethany Rooney, according to IMDB. Guest stars on “React” include Joe Spano (Senior FBI Agent T.C. Fornell), Bruce Thomas (Richard Porter), Caitlin Carver (Megan Porter), Jake Borelli (Dean Campbell) and René Ashton (Justine Wolfe).
