The annual meetup of greatest basketball players took place once again for the National Basketball Association (NBA) All-Star Game held in New Orleans from Feb 14 to Feb 16. As always, the event was a huge success. Even other celebrities took some time out of their very busy schedules to watch and even participate in the NBA All-Star weekend.

Some of the celebrities even played during the NBA All-Star celebrity game on Friday. Snoop Dogg was one who showcased his talent in basketball, scoring 11 points and snagging 11 rebounds during the exhibition game. U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan took 20 points, 11 rebounds and six assists. Other celebrities who played include Kevin Hart, Michael B. Jordan and Jesse Williams. Grammy Award winner Pharrell performed a 20-minute-long musical number, bringing out some best musical entertainers like Nelly, Snoop Dogg, Diddy and Busta Rhymes who all performed along with him during the pre-game show. In case you missed Pharrell's performance, you can watch the video below.

Kendrick Lamar also made an energetic performance on Saturday, singing m.A.A.d. City and Bitch, Don't Kill My Vibe.

The Eastern squad triumphed over the West with the score of 163-155. Kyrie Irving of the Cleveland Cavaliers was named the Most Valuable Player who helped the team come back after being behind by 18 points. Irving finished the game with 31 points and 14 assists.

Basketball is one the sports that is indeed enjoyable to watch. It is a fantastic sport and seeing the brightest players gather round and play can get you hanging at the edge of your seat. What is even more fascinating is to witness these basketball players get together and play on one team. We have to give credit for all these great athletes. NBA certainly has the most entertaining all-star game.
