According to the latest news, the Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet release date is pegged for March 2 at the MWC 2015 event. In addition to the Z4 tablet, Sony will reportedly be announcing the Xperia M4 Aqua smartphone as well. In the meantime, the company has released a “Soft Purple” variant of the 2014 flagship Sony Xperia Z3 in Australia.

Sony Xperia M4 Aqua

The Sony Xperia M4 Aqua is reportedly the successor of the well-received Xperia M2 Aqua from 2014. Apparently, this information has been ferreted out of a leaked document picked up by Xperia Blog. As far as the limited Sony Xperia M4 Aqua specifications go, the handset will reportedly run on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. Plus, the Aqua moniker clearly states that the upcoming device will be IP 65/IP 68 certified, which translates to having water- and dust-resistant body. In any case, readers should note that, Sony has not confirmed the Xperia M4 Aqua specifications thus far.

Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet

Apparently, the Xperia Z4 Tablet has recently been spotted in Sony’s Xperia Lounge Android application. But then, as one would expect, the image was taken down immediately. Nevertheless, the folks at Xperia Blog managed to get a copy of that page. The same site confirms that the upcoming tablet will come with the much-loved 2K display. When it comes to key Xperia Z4 Tablet specifications, the device will apparently carry an Xperia Z3-like design complete with curved metal corners and it is believed to feature a 10.0-inch screen. Also, there is a good possibility that the tablet will feature IP rating for water and dust resistance, says the same site. Sony Xperia Z3 in Soft Purple Hue

Sony’s 2014 flagship smartphone, the Xperia Z3, can now be availed in “Soft Purple” colour. It is worth noting that, this variant can be availed in Australia, along with the standard colours of black, white, traditional purple, green and copper versions. Potential buyers can purchase this device from Sony’s Australian Website. Speaking of Sony Xperia Z3 price, the handset will reportedly set the buyers back by $849 in Australia.
