“Teen Mon 2” star Jenelle Evans was accused of attacking her former fiancé Nathan Griffith. On May 27, Wednesday, a warrant was issued for the arrest of the former MTV reality star, who is now a mother of two, for the alleged domestic violence.

According to police, Griffith said Evans came to his home and attacked him. Prior to this, he had received a call from her a blocked number asking him come outside because she said she was damaging his car. When he came outside, his ex-fiancée said, “Now I know where you live!”

Griffith told police that Evans reeked of alcohol and believed she was drunk when she slapped, punched, and tried to kick him down the stairs, him in the face, choke him with his shirt and dig her nails into him. Still, On the other hand, he claimed he did not fight back although Evans tried to provoke him. His neighbors intervened and he managed to lock the door on Evans.

In the police report, Evans stood outside Griffith’s apartment screaming about her former fiancé having her phone and not giving her back their son Kaiser. The former MTV reality star still continued to call Griffith even after leaving his apartment.

Among Griffith's apparent minor injuries are scratches around his neck, a ripped t-shirt, and bruising around his neck when he filed a restraining order against Evans. According to Evans’ representatives, it was Griffith who was responsible for the confrontation.

On the same day the warrant was issued for Evans’ arrest for allegedly attacking Griffith, the MTV's “Teen Mom 2” star's attorney Amy S. Lawrence talked to Us Weekly to explain her client’s side of the story.

Lawrence told the publication that she has spoken with Griffith before the restraining order was filed. She said Griffith did not want to press charges on her client at first but police pressured him. She added that her client’s former fiancé will do everything that he can to get the charges dismissed.

Moreover, Lawrence added that Griffith understands that Evans is hurt because they have broken up and he is dating someone else, which caused things to escalate in a way that they should not have. Griffith has yet to confirm these claims from Evans’ lawyer.
