Motorola Moto Maxx has been confirmed as the international model name of the Motorola Droid Turbo released for Verizon Wireless. It is a twin smartphone of Droid Turbo expected to have similar hardware specifications and software features.

Motorola Droid Turbo Going International As Motorola Maxx On November 5

Motorola Droid Turbo is the latest smartphone released by the company for Verizon Wireless in the United States featuring high-class hardware such as Qualcomm Snapdragon 805. However, the term "Droid" is only permitted for use on Verizon Wireless under licence from LucasFilm.

Recent reports unveiled an upcoming event of Motorola at Sao Paulo, Brazil for the launching of Droid Turbo outside the United States under the new name Motorola Maxx. AndroidPolice posted the screenshots of Moto Maxx uploaded via Google+ by Guilherme Henrique who apparently listed as a resident of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Images unveiled Moto Maxx as an identical smartphone to the Motorola Droid Turbo without the Verizon branding logo.

Moreover, the screen protector film revealed Moto Maxx specs such as 3,900 mAh battery pack, Turbo Charging technology, 21 MP camera, 5.2 inches of Quad HD 1,440p display with 565 ppi pixel density, 2.7 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and 64 GB internal storage which are similar on Motorola Droid Turbo. Official launching of Moto Maxx is set on November 5 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Moto Maxx Features And Software Perks

Motorola Droid Turbo and Moto Maxx are likely to feature the same software perks with the exception of network carrier-based technology. Here are some unique features added by Motorola for Droid Turbo:

- Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS

- Several camera modes such as 4K video recording and playback, voice command to a take a selfie and flicking the wrist to quick launch the app.

- Up to 48 hours of battery life.

- Turbo Charging using the Motorola Turbo Charger

- Motorola-based technology such as voice and gesture commands.

- Noise Cancellation technology for voice calls.

- Water-coating repellent display on top of Corning Gorilla Glass.

Users will have the option to choose between Premium Ballistic Nylon and Metallised Glass Fibre variants that provides durability. But only the Black Ballistic Nylon features 64 GB internal storage while others are limited to 32 GB capacity.
