Motorola is here to celebrate Mother’s Day, which is falling on Sunday, May 8. The company has announced to offer the Moto X Pure Edition starting at just US$300 (AU$394), saving US$100. The deal is true till May 9.

The unlocked Moto X Pure Edition with 16GB, 32GB and 64GB storage capacities can now be purchased on a discounted price from the official Motorola website.

This Mother’s Day deal (2016) will bring down the prices of the aforementioned storage capacities to US$300 (AU$394), US$350 (AU$460) and US$400 (AU$525) respectively.

Moreover, shoppers can also customise their unlocked Moto X Pure through Moto Maker. Customers can select specific design, storage capacity and colour according to their preferences.

Users can also personalise their greetings and add custom engraving. The unlocked Moto X Pure Edition can be customised with different front, back and frames.

The smartphone sports a 5.7-inch QHD display. The device also houses front-facing stereo speakers.

Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 SoC, the Moto X Pure is shipped with 3GB of RAM, up to 64GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD slot, and a 21-megapixel rear-facing camera module.

There is a massive 3000 mAh battery unit with TurboPower charging to keep the lights on for up to 10 hours on a single charge.

In related news, to celebrate Mother’s Day, T-Mobile is also offering a good deal on LG’s latest modular G5 handset. Customers who purchase the LG G5 from T-Mobile will get another LG phone at a 50 percent discount.

Furthermore, starting May 4, T-Mobile will also offer a LG Gpad F 8.0 tablet with every purchase of LG G4, LG G5 or LG V10 handset, confirmed T-Mobile on its Mother’s Day sale page.

T-Mobile has not specifically mentioned the end date of the Mother’s Day promotional deal.
