The crowned Miss World 2012 Wenxia Yu became victorious in her home country, China, where the beauty pageant was held. Predictions are now running high that Miss Indonesia will win the crown as Miss World 2013 takes place in Bali, Indonesia.

The Miss World Indonesia officials expect Miss Indonesia 2013 Vania Larissa to give all of her best in the beauty competition since the country hosts the prestigious event. Ms Larissa did not disappoint when she won the "Talent Competition" and got included in the top eleven contestants for the "Beach Fashion" round.

For Miss Indonesia's cause on the "Beauty with a Purpose" award, the 17-year-old contestant chose education for blind children. Vania Larissa's performance in the competition has earned her the prediction of making it to the top 15 on the "Beauty with a Purpose" round.

The Indonesian beauty heard about the predictions and gave a brief reaction about it. Ms Larissa stated: "I hope so, because I'm working so hard on it. I put my heart and effort into it, so it will be great if I get in the top 15."

However, Vania Larissa faces tough competition when it comes to the Miss World 2013 People's Choice Poll result where Miss Bulgaria 2013 Nansi Karaboycheva wins. The poll votes conducted through social networking site Facebook revealed that Ms Karaboycheva, a 20-year-old IT and Statistics student at the University for National and World Economy in Sofia, is the winner after getting 70% of the votes in the people's choice poll.

All of the 130 beautiful Miss World 2013 contestants can directly get support from the social media sites. Contestants who earned the highest points through their number of Twitter followers and the highest number of likes on their Facebook pages will have a greater chance of moving on to the Top 15 finalists at the Miss World 2013 coronation.

Aside from the Miss World crown, the beauty pageant contestants competes as well for the other impressive awards such as Beach Fashion, Top Model, Sports and Fitness, Beauty with a Purpose, Talent Competition and World Fashion Designer Award. The Miss World 2013 will be officially crowned on Saturday, September 28, in Bali, Indonesia.
