Amy Willerton is Great Britain's bet this year for Miss Universe 2013. The lady is a pro British model, presenter and TV personality. She was born in Bristol and quickly rose to fame in her hometown. She was crowned Miss Bristol at the age of 17. With her extensive charitable campaigns and fashion events, she was able to take the pageant to new heights.

Katie Price's management, Blacksheep, spotted her when she was performing in Russell Brand's "Booky Wook II" tour. At that time she was preparing to study media in University in Cardiff.

She was encouraged by Blacksheep to contest against thousands of competitors for Katie's new reality show "Signed by Katie Price." Amy was terrific and went on to win the competition and became an overnight success figure. But, she declined Price's contract as she wished to do something else.

She came back into the scene, after moving to London she won the title of Miss London. Now, Amy Willerton has been crowned Miss Universe Great Britain 2013.

Amy is in love with history, travel, cooking and horseback riding. She loves to take challenges head on and enjoys conquering her fear. Extreme sports like skydiving, wake boarding and mountain climbing are her favourite pastime activities, and that makes her absolutely 'droolable.' She was selected as the official presenter for Fashion TV. Her first role as a presenter was at the Basel World Show, Switzerland. She interviewed the CEO's of Hublot and De Grisogono.

She is working with iconic figures like Sasha Gusov (photographer) and Philip Treacy (designer).

Amy went to Egypt all by herself when she was just 17. At the age of 10, she sat between Prince William and his brother Prince Harry on a ski lift in Switzerland, but could not say anything to them.

Her little brother Ross, who is disabled, is one of her biggest inspirations as he inspires her to be a better human being and be humble no matter what.
