The "ALS Ice Bucket Challenge" has reached "Supernatural" cast member Misha Collins (Castiel). The 40-year-old actor completed the challenge in a unique way and as expected, nominated his "Supernatural" co-stars Jared Padalecki (Sam Winchester) and Jensen Ackles (Dean Winchester) to take part in the viral challenge.

According to a Fansided report, "Arrow" actor John Barrowman nominated his friend, Misha Collins, to do the "Ice Bucket Challenge." Collins agreed to accomplish the nomination he received but he had a different approach on his "ALS Ice Bucket Challenge."

The shared video on the Misha Collins YouTube channel showed the CW star inside a tub talking about the "ALS Ice Bucket Challenge." The actor pointed out that doing the challenge is not really about how big or small the bucket is of ice cold water being poured on one's head but the meaning of it which is to raise awareness to the Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or Lou Gehrig's disease.

When Misha Collins told his son that he can finally pour the ice cold water on his head, the camera moved towards the actor and showed that he is submerged in a bath tub filled with ice water while holding a toy horse. Misha Collins kept on commenting in his YouTube post that the viewers should be forewarned because the video "contains nudity and an inflatable horse."

Have a look at the video below that was published last Tuesday, Aug. 19. "This is something that alsa.org is doing to raise awareness of ALS. It's not a contest about who has a higher tolerance for pain. However, if it were a contest, i would win," the actor wrote as a description to the shared video.

In the video, Misha Collins officially called out to "Supernatural" co-stars Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles to do the "Ice Bucket Challenge" as well as Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton. According to a Carter Matt report, Jared Padalecki accepted the challenge with a YouTube video that also got published on Aug. 19, 2014.

Padalecki, 32, had co-star Jensen Ackles pouring the ice cold water over his head in the shared video. "Alright, thank you. Thank you very much. A wet dog," the CW star stated as Ackles and the "Supernatural" crew members laughed in the background.

However, Jared Padalecki was not able to reveal who he challenges next because of the freezing feeling. "Jesus, that's cold," the actor stated as he walked away from the camera. Another "Supernatural" cast member that accepted the "ALS Ice Bucket Challenge" is Mark Sheppard, who portrays the King of Hell, Crowley, in the CW TV series.

In the video, the 50-year-old English actor initially declared that he hates Osric Chau (Kevin Tran), who nominated him to do the challenge. Then, Sheppard expressed gratitude to his "Supernatural" co-star for everything that he has done before gesturing to have the ice cold water poured over him.
