Spiegel is engaged to marry the 33-year-old Aussie supermodel, who was previously married to actor Orlando Bloom. Spiegel proposed marriage on July 20, 2016 only a year since he started dating Kerr in June 2015. The pair first met in California in 2014. They now own a US$12 million (AU$15.8 million) mansion in the upscale Brentwood neighbourhood in Los Angeles.

On the other hand, Kerr dropped off from the Forbes Celebrity 100 list since 2014. The first Australian Victoria’s Secret Angel only made it to the ranks of the world’s highest paid celebrities in 2013, when she ranked 100th.

Tech billionaires

According to Forbes, Spiegel is one of the nine tech billionaires on the 14 Under 40 list. His co-founder at Snapchat, Bobby Murphy, is the second youngest at 28 with US$1.8 billion (AU$2.4 billion).

Nevertheless, the richest member of the troupe is the 32-year-old Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, who has a fortune of US$55.5 billion (AU$73 billion).
