Miley Cyrus recently recorded her own version of Led Zeppelin's song "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You" on SoundCloud. While some fans complimented her on her cover, others weren't too happy. Instead, the singer was "accused" of "destroying" the song.

For starters, Miley changed the song title to "Baby, I'm Gonna Leave You." According to Mirror UK, the change was a head start to losing some Led Zeppelin fans.

Additionally, her rendition of the 1969 song was lo-fied. Meaning, it was of low quality according to Inquisitr. Even while Miley Cyrus could be heard belting out the high notes and giving it her all in the audio clip, a few Led Zeppelin fans weren't impressed. Miley Cyrus' rendition of Led Zeppelin's song caught mixed reactions from fans who posted their thoughts on SoundCloud's comment box.

According to Mirror UK one fan accused the singer of "destroying" the hit song.

"Thank you for destroying my favorite Zeppelin song," the fan said.

While another claimed he/she couldn't finish listening to her version of "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You." "STOP! I could only get to 40 seconds!" Mirror UK quoted the fan.

Few others weren't too accepting and called the song as "horrible" and roughly sang.

But on the good side, some fans were quick to contest that Miley Cyrus' audio clip was actually a "nice version." One even thanked her for making it sound good since the original song was reportedly "rubbish" to begin with.

According to Inquisitr, "Baby I'm Gonna Leave You" is among the singer's rendition of some 1960's classic hit songs. The singer has allegedly become obsessed with the music and culture of the 1960s. She had previously teamed up with Flaming Lips to perform "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds" by The Beatles in a concert. The rendition will reportedly be in the group's album entitled Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.

Additionally, Miley Cyrus also tried her singing prowess at the Smith's "There Is A Light That Never Goes Out" during her Bangerz tour in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Inquisitr claims the singer also expressed her interest to sing her own version of Leonard Cohen's "I'm Your Man" on her Instagram post last week.
