Miley Cyrus is embroiled in another drug controversy. According to recent reports, the pop star is caught with a drug paraphernalia in a picture.

The Sun has obtained a snap wherein Cyrus can be seen sitting casually with her laptop on her knees clad in a onesie. But what is considered shocking in the snap is that she is sitting opposite to a table which is strewn with what appears to be drug paraphernalia.

According to reports from Daily Mirror, the photograph is taken by someone who has partied with the 'Wrecking Ball' star in November last year during a recording session in Los Angeles. The table seen in the picture is covered with randomly strewn articles including cannabis, a packet of cigarette papers, a rolled up dollar bill and a vial of suspicious looking white powder.

The picture has sparked another drug controversy around the 22-year-old musician and girlfriend of Patrick Schwarzenegger . The controversial picture is reportedly taken around the same time when the singer uploaded a photo of herself on Instagram puffing apparently a spliff. The singer has uploaded a series of photographs during that week when she reportedly was working on a new album.

Former Disney star is reportedly often at the centre of various controversies, whether it is indecent behaviour on stage or glorifying the drug abuse. National Enquirer has reported that Cyrus 's house is almost a drug den with cocaine, marijuana and rolled up bills lying everywhere.

In May last year, the twerking star was plagued with another drug related controversy when she was rumoured to be suffering from drug overdose. The U.S. singer spent two weeks in hospital due to which she has to cancel shows in Amsterdam and Antwerp at eleventh hour. Her sudden hospital confinement sparked a rumour that the star has fallen sick due to drug overdose. According to a BBC report, Cyrus denied the rumours as completely baseless. "I didn't have a drugs overdose. I took some antibiotics that a doctor gave me for a sinus infection," said the popular wild pop star.

However, the star is reportedly known for her attachment with marijuana. On multiple occasions, Cyrus is seen lighting what appears to be a joint publicly. During an interview with Rolling Stone magazine, she even glorified the use of various illicit drugs. 'Hollywood is a coke town, but weed is so much better. And Molly (ecstacy), too," gushed the former Hannah Montana. "Those are happy drugs - social drugs."
