Miley ask for a million views from her fans on Twitter. She demanded: "Watch #23 now." Her demand came with a promise that she would start the countdown her Bangerz line immediately.

Vevo dubs the music video as "explicit." The latest raunchy star in music shows no hesitation to show skin in the video. She wears Chicago Bulls while she moves around a high school that Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J. Miley apparently took charge of. She smokes a cigarette as she moves recklessly to a bathroom. Miley uses hot red lipstick to write the name of the single on the bathroom mirror: #23. Miley places her fingers, with nails painted in white, into her mouth.

Miley is seen wearing a number of rings. She is apparently wearing 3 in her ring finger and one more in the middle finger.

Miley Cyrus' skin show in the video takes the viewers from a basketball court to the locker room and from the bathroom to the dance floor. In one of the scenes, Miley is seen sitting high on the basket in a basketball court while she holds a silver basketball.

As of now, the official video on YouTube has about 7 million hits which has been liked by about 85,000 people and disliked by about 18,000. The video seems to have been generating quite a roar as there are appreciative comments for the video. On the contrary, there are some who found it painful to watch or listen to the video.
