Miley Cyrus has shown a romantic side of her personality after a busy week brought about by issues surrounding her latest Instagram uploads. According to recent reports, the star has paid tribute to her boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger by declaring him to be "the best boyfriend" ever.

According to Daily Mail, the said photo can be found beside the image of Miley wearing a black top emblazoned with the words "I'm in love with coco", a reference to the rapper O.T. Genasis' hit about cocaine. However, the photo can no longer be found at Miley's Instagram account.

The star has also been in the news since last week due to the string of cryptic and racy Instagram uploads she has been posting. Her latest Instagram post shows her pushing her hand inside her shorts. Glamour magazine reported the Internet went into a frenzy as soon as the post was uploaded, with some pledging their support for the star while some online commentators questioning the star's mental status.

Another of Cyrus' photo, which will be featured in the new issue of V Magazine, also came under fire for being too provocative and eccentric. The star can be seen standing in a bathtub with only soap suds covering her body. The shot was reportedly taken by a friend and is included in the Polaroid collection of the star's behind-the-scene moments for the "Bangerz" tour.

Patrick's mom Maria Shriver, who has previously been rumoured to disapprove of her son's relationship with Miley, is said to be "infuriated" with the star's recent stunts, according to Hollywood Life. "Maria is disgusted by the pictures. She just doesn't get it. Why Miley would do this, and what the appeal is for Patrick," a source close to Shriver told the site. However, Shriver or her reps has yet to comment on these rumours.

The site's source adds, however, that Cyrus is still going strong with Schwarzenegger, who reportedly gave his full support to the "twerking" star. "He is with her on everything she does, as long as she doesn't get hurt he is totally down with everything," claims the source.

The "Wrecking Ball" star has been dating Schwarzenegger, who is Shriver's son with actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, since autumn last year. The couple is known for their PDA and penchant for all-night parties.
