Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth of the "Hunger Games" film franchise are spending an awful amount of time with each other. Given they're both stars of the biggest franchise it's not surprising they'd be romantically linked to each other. Is this why Miley Cyrus has been turning into a green-eyed monster as of late?

"Hunger Games" co-stars, Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth have been spending most of their time together. All thanks to the films' promotion and countless cast interviews, it's likely these two would be seen attached to the hip along with Josh Hutcherson. Of course, nothing sort of romantic is going on between the two but that hasn't stopped Liam's ex-fiancé from getting "mad" at Lawrence.

Blame Lawrence's interview late last month. Jennifer had allegedly made headlines after her comment on "young sex sells." The Oscar Award winning actress's' statement was taken as a shot against Miley Cyrus who was making quite a name for herself with her scandalous antics.

"Miley feels like Jennifer always tries to act like a feminist in all her interviews, but then poses in a revealing dress to promote her film. That seems so fake to her," says the source to British magazine Heat.

"Miley's mad as hell. She thinks Jen is such a hypocrite - she basically wears nothing but body paint in X-Men - how is that not using sex to sell? And then, she was all over Liam on the red carpet," continued the source.

The strain on Miley's relationship to Liam Hemsworth had also started thanks to Jennifer. According to the source, Liam would constantly talk about how talented Jennifer was which irked Miley.

"Liam kept telling Miley how great Jennifer was, so that got her back up, Then, when they met, Miley felt like Jennifer focused all her attention on Liam and made no effort with her," stated the source, adding, "Miley always suspected that Jennifer didn't like her and she suspected that she would side with Liam over her. These pictures of them getting so close have made her see red."

Well, now that Miley Cyrus is officially out of Liam's life, it's high time the Australian star start making moves on his "Hunger Games" co-star. Yet, Liam has got tough competition with Lawrence's current beau, Nicholas Hoult.
