Microsoft is now offering the Display Dock for free for the buyers of Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL smartphones in Australia. The free Display Dock is not only available for new buyers of Lumia 950 and 950 XL but also for customers who have already purchased new Lumia flagships after Nov. 10.

Customers who wish to avail of the free Display Dock will have to acquire an offer code through the Lumia Offers app. The free Display Dock is available for buyers who purchase Lumia 950 or 950 XL until Feb. 29, 2016, WM Power User reported.

The offer code acquired by the customer should be redeemed before March 31, 2016 until 5 p.m. or until supplies last. Once the offer code is redeemed, it will take around six to eight weeks for the Display Dock to reach its customers.

The Display Dock will allow users of Lumia 950 or 950 XL to view contents of the phone on a larger screen through HDMI or Display Port to take advantage of a full-fledged desktop PC experience. The Display Dock also features 3 USB ports that can be used to connect accessories like the USB drive, mouse or keyboard.

The usual price of the Microsoft Display Dock is at $149.95. The Lumia 950 is priced at $999 whereas the Lumia 950 XL costs $1,129 in Microsoft Store Australia. The Lumia Offers app that is required to avail of the free Display Dock is pre-installed on the new Lumia flagships.
