It’s a known fact that Microsoft is gearing up to release the Windows 10 Mobile powered, budget-friendly Lumia 650. Now, a slew of renders pertaining to this device has surfaced showing the brilliant exterior design in Black and White hues.

As it turns out, Windows Central and Phone Designer collaborated to create incredible renders of the Microsoft Lumia 650, codenamed “Saana,” by basing the design on the ferreted out “internal Microsoft slides.” While the stunning photos are not official, they are “highly reflective of the final product.”

Based on the uploaded images, a sleek metal frame runs through the corners of the Lumia 650, giving this budget-friendly device an unexpected premium look. Microsoft will apparently release the device in two colours namely the traditional Matte White and Black, which is similar to the recently released Lumia 950 series’ colour palette. Moving on to the Lumia 650 release date, reports point to “early 2016” as the possible timeframe. This handset will reportedly target businesses and enterprises. Interestingly, the source calls this entry-level business-centric smartphone as a “premium budget phone.” In the U.S., Cricket Wireless will apparently be selling this handset starting April 2016.

Meanwhile, here is a summary of Lumia 650 specifications and features reported so far. The device will apparently carry a 5.0-inch display, aided by 720p resolution. Under the hood, Qualcomm's Snapdragon 212 chipset along with a quad-core Cortex-A7 processor, clocked at 1.3 GHz, will power the device. It is believed to come backed by a meagre 1 GB of RAM configuration.

Speaking of memory, it will come equipped with 8 GB of built-in storage space and microSD card support for further expansion. This handset will reportedly sport an 8 MP rear-facing camera unit with LED flash in tow and the front-facing snapper is rumoured to be a generous 5 MP sensor.

Lastly, readers should note that Microsoft has not confirmed the Lumia 650 configurations or verified the authenticity of the design renders thus far.
