The First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama, pulls a trick out of the Kate Middleton style book by repeating a Michael Kors dress she has already worn before.

Just like the Duchess of Cambridge, Michelle Obama doesn't mind repeating the looks she has already worn before. Recently, Barack Obama's wife wore a burgundy pencil cut Michael Kors dress she has already sported in a past event at the white house.

Another fashion trait that Michelle Obama shares with the Duchess of Cambridge is their love of thrifty, practical items. Michelle was spotted wearing dresses from affordable brands such as Asos, and accessories from Target.

Meanwhile, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge seem to be ecstatic about President Barack Obama's re-election. A source says the royal pair sent a congratulatory letter to President Obama's office to express their well wishes.

"The Duke and Duchess have sent a personal note of congratulations to Barack Obama on his US re-election," says a source to US Weekly.

Even Queen Elizabeth is happy about President Obama ruling the United States for four more years.

"Her Majesty is pleased with the election result. She gets on well with Mr. Obama and his wife," said a palace insider to the same magazine.
