The MET Gala 2014 wasn't only a fashionable event to look forward to where A-list celebs placed their best foot forward. In fact, it was the evening for a few awkward run-ins involving a few former friends and frenemies. Attending the event was "Keeping Up with the Kardashians'" Kendall Jenner, Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift, whom fans know to be in quite the complicated relationship. What exactly happened between the trios?

"Selenators" know about the quick BFF phase Selena Gomez had with the Jenner sisters. Selena Gomez, Kylie and Kendall Jenner were the inseparable trio during the Coachella Arts and Music Festival in Indio. However, a fall out between the three occurred after rampant reports claimed the Jenner sisters were flirting with Justin Bieber.

In addition, Selena Gomez went on an un-follow spree on her Instagram account plus deleted all photos of her escapades with the Jenner siblings. This had led a few fans to believe the BFFs were no longer in a tight knit relationship.

Of course, the same goes for Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift. Since the former's reunion with her toxic beau, Justin Bieber, sources have claimed Swift had ditched the "Come & Get It" singer for her bad choice. Yet, other reports claim it was Gomez who had ditched the "Red" singer due to her being "too boring."

Despite the complicated back stories between the three lovely ladies, this certainly didn't stop them from attending the MET Gala 2014. Kendall rocked a Topshop gold floor length gown while former BFF Selena Gomez graced the gala in a plum form-fitting number by Diane Von Furstenberg. On the other hand, country crooner TSwift swizzled in her pink Oscar de la Renta gown.

While all three ladies were present at the event, only two managed to bond during the gala namely TSwift and SelGo. The BFFs placed the feud rumours to rest after Gomez shared a number of photos of her and Swift on her Instagram account. The post with the number of likes and comments is that of the Instagram video featuring both stars with Dean Martin's "Volare" playing in the background.

On the other hand, Kylie Jenner was nowhere to be seen hanging out with Swift or Gomez. Instead, the model left early and hung out with her new BFF, Rihanna.

The feud rumours between Gomez and Swift can certainly come to a stop now that they've shown the world nothing bad has transpired between them. As for Jenner and Gomez, the rumours of their feud still continue.
