'Kramer vs Kramer'

'Sophie's Choice'

This is one of the most heartwrenching films Meryl Streep has ever made. Sophie's Choice was another Oscar winning performance about a mother making the most brutal of decisions with her two kids. The movie was as good as the book.

'The Devil Wears Prada'

No matter how ruthless she may be in this film and once the scene that she breaks down emerges, then Meryl Streep finally wins the viewers' hearts over again. The overall result? A 14th Oscar applause!

'Julie & Julia'

The best thing that Meryl Streep has done in this film is that you would not even think she is Meryl Streep. Her French accent may have been criticized by some by still it ended up cute, funny and still smart.
