Meghan Trainor has sung a chart-topping number called “Dear Future Husband” but that does not mean she wants a husband in real life soon. In fact, the 21-year-old songstress says marriage is the last thing on her mind. She considers herself married to her work.

Trainor told E! News in a recent interview that she "would love to date a nice man, a nice person…I want a nice guy to treat me right." She then gushed about singer John Legend, with whom she performed "Like I'm Gonna Lose You" together on “Tonight's Show.” The two belted out beautiful music and Legend's voice left her impressed.

The “All About That Bass” singer gushed about Legend in the interview and called him the “sweetest guy.” She is not the only one who admires Legend. Legend is also close to Trainor's mother Kelli Trainor. "Every time I show up to a gig, he goes right to my mother and goes ‘I'm just so happy for everything going on' and my mom, every time she's like, ‘He hugged me. He said hi to me,'" said Trainor.

For readers, Legend is married to American model Chrissy Teigen since 2013. The couple stared dating in December 2011 and often keep posting adorable selfies on their social media profiles. Meanwhile, Trainor also talked about another man Harry Styles.

She confirmed that she has written a song for the One Direction singer Harry Styles and told the website that she is desperately waiting for the yet-untitled song to be out. She is not sure who will sing it. “I want it for myself but I don't know who I'm going to sing it with yet," the singer added.

Trainor also said that it is “very special” and she "can't wait for everyone to hear it." She is currently busy preparing for her upcoming M Train tour of Europe and United States. She will kick off the tour on July 3 at the Borgata in Atlantic City.
