Matt Bomer’s Ken will have more lines in “Magic Mike XXL,” and he will be singing, too. The actor recently albeit briefly talked about the film to his kids. He also spoke about Channing Tatum in ways that would delight bromance fanatics.

Saying it is not good to ignore something and not explain it to his three sons. When he was driving his children to school, they saw a “Magic Mike XXL” billboard and his kids recognized him. He explained the movie to them.

“This is a movie I'm doing where we play dancers and we have fun and we try to entertain these ladies,” Bomer recalled telling his sons. He said he wants his children to “make sense of their world.” The “real conversation” about “Magic Mike XXL” will not happen until his sons are teenagers. Bomer’s children are currently seven (twins) and ten years old.

Bomer said his older son also spotted a “Magic Mike XXL” billboard on their way to watch “Jurassic World.” He braced himself for his reaction. His kid said, “Hey that’s you on that billboard.” Bomer recalled he just said, “Yeah.” Then his kid pointed out, “But they’re not all you.” Bomer told pridesource.com it meant his kid did not think he was cool enough for a billboard solo.

Asked about Channing Tatum’s opinion of him, particularly his eyes and singing ability, Bomer said he blushed. On Reddit, Tatum earlier told fans anyone would get lost in Bomer’s deep blue eyes regardless of gender, “if you're a man, woman, cat, hamster,” Tatum said.

“And when he sings. It's like god gave with both hands and then grew a third hand and graced him with more,” Tatum added, saying his co-actor and friend is “crazy talented.”

Bomer said Tatum is a “kind soul.” He also said the “Magic Mike XXL” producer is “probably the most desired man on the planet.”

“Magic Mike XXL” stars Channing Tatum, Matt Bomer, Joe Manganiello, Kevin Nash and Adam Rodriguez. It premieres in cinemas on July 1.
