Accompanied by an assistant, Madonna Louise Ciccone, 57, who is professionally known as Madonna, went to court on Wednesday, Dec. 23, to force his son Rocco Ritchie, 15, to return to New York. The teenager is the “Material Girl” singer’s son with filmmaker Guy Ritchie, 47.

Rocco apparently does not want to spend the holiday break with Madonna at her townhouse in Manhattan. He reportedly disobeyed his mother’s demand to leave London, where he is staying with his father.

Madonna’s teenage son was ordered by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan to come home. However, Guy’s attorney David Typermass said the teenager would not return to the United States voluntarily.

“He has expressed very clearly that he does not want to return to New York,” New York Daily News quoted Rocco’s lawyer Eric Buckley as saying. However, while he wants to stay with his father in London, the teenager was ordered by the Manhattan judge to return to New York, where he would have a court-appointed attorney.

“This is a 15½-year-old strapping young kid, so we’ll see,” a source told Page Six. The source added that Rocco did not want to stay with his mother, as he was not getting along with her.

In August, Madonna announced that Rocco would be joining her for her “Rebel Heart” tour. For the last two months, the teenager had been traveling with his mother across the world for the tour.

On March 6, Madonna released her 13th studio album titled “Rebel Heart” through Interscope Records. She co-wrote and co-produced the album with several artists, including Kanye West, Avicii and Dpilo.

The “Rebel Heart” album has 14 tracks including “Living for Love,” “Joan of Arc” and “Ghosttown.” It also includes two collaboration songs, which are “B---h I’m Madonna” featuring Nicki Minaj and “Iconic” featuring Chance the Rapper and Mike Tyson.
