Mark Wahlberg recently revealed his reaction after receiving a half-naked selfie from Justin Bieber. The actor recalled how the pop star had texted him his photo after he was chosen as the new face for Calvin Klein underwear.

According to UK’s OK Magazine, Mark Wahlberg “got the shock of his life” when he received a photo of Justin Bieber wearing nothing else except his underwear. The half-naked selfie reportedly came “out of the blue” shortly after the Canadian singer became the new model for Calvin Klein’s men’s underwear.

"He sent me a picture and I was like, 'Dude, don't send me a picture of you in your underwear," Wahlberg revealed. “I don't need to see a picture of you in your underwear,” he added.

The actor, who also had his stint as a Calvin Klein underwear model, thought Justin Bieber was “crossing the line” for texting him his half-naked selfie. The experience may have left a bad impression on Mark Wahlberg since he later revealed his intent not to look at Bieber’s Calvin Klein billboards. “I’ll probably see it when I'm driving down the street and I'll still try to avoid it,” he said.

The publication didn’t reveal Justin Bieber’s purpose for sending his half-naked selfie to Mark Wahlberg. However, it’s supposedly because the pop star just wanted to hear the actor’s opinion considering Mark’s experience modelling for Calvin Klein during his younger days.

Justin Bieber made headlines when his promotional photos for Calvin Klein were released online. The pop star received a lot of comments claiming his abs were modified or retouched to make them look toned and muscular. One of those comments came from Mark Wahlberg’s wife, Rhea Durham, who took to her Twitter page to critique the singer’s photos. However, after receiving a lot of hate comments from Justin Bieber’s fans, she later on complimented the singer's physique.

Justin Bieber revealed during an interview with US Weekly that he had worked really hard to get his toned muscles and defined abs prior to his Calvin Klein photo shoot. The singer said he had to work out a lot with his trainer Patrick Nilsson for “five days a week for about 45 minutes each.” His workout regimen consisted of three days of splits, back and triceps exercise for day one, chest and biceps work out on the second day, shoulder and legs on day three and abs every other day.
