Prince Charles has once again become the victim of hilarious memes spreading online. The sight of his reaction at his close encounter with a bald eagle in Sandringham Estate on Wednesday has prompted numerous hilarious memes. This is the second time the prince has become an Internet meme The first was his jig dance at the 2012 Diamond Jubilee celebration of Queen Elizabeth II on July 19.

Today's Rebekah Lowin said Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles’ reaction when they were greeted with the flap of the eagle’s wings, are just begging to be made into hilarious memes. Well, apparently that’s what’s been happening ever since the first few photos from the couple’s visit to the Sandringham Flower Show in the Queen’s Norfolk estate, were released online.

This photo of Charles and Camilla shared by Today was especially turned into hilarious memes by netizens looking for a few laughs at the expense of the prince. The Independent has shared some of the memes posted by Twitter users.

There’s a meme from the Sky News coverage of the John Prescott Attack, where Prince Charles looked as if he’s dodged a fist fight from Prescott. There is also another meme of him and Camilla reacting to the sight of Sasha Baron Cohen in his revealing “Borat” swimsuit. A couple of other memes from their eagle encounter in Sandringham are compiled in the video below.

Today reports the encounter had initially gone smoothly when Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles were introduced to Zephyr, the bald eagle. However, the eagle suddenly decided to flap its wings furiously, which caught the couple off guard.

This is the second time Prince Charles’ photo became a meme sensation. The prince’s reaction during a jig with Camilla at the Channel Islands also turned into hilarious memes. Know Your Meme shared a photo of the prince celebrating his mother’s ascension to the throne by participating in the island’s popular parachute game held at Saumarez Park in St. Peter Port. The British message board b3ta soon turned Charles’ photo into several funny memes and shared them online on July 21. More than 140 memes were reportedly shared by other members of b3ta. These photos still exist in b3ta’s message board.
