It is time for some introspection in “Lucifer” Season 2 episode 6. A preview video of the next episode shows how Morningstar has to do a little soul searching about his true nature and confront the idea of whether or not he is “evil.”

[Spoiler alert]

A preview video of the next episode released online shows how Morningstar (Tom Ellis) attempts to deal with the death of Uriel (Michael Imperioli). The protagonist had to kill his brother in order to stop him, but was guilt ridden immediately after the act.

That guilt will continue to haunt Morningstar in the next episode. The character will attempt to drown his pain in alcohol and partying. But, his face betrays his mental state.

Thankfully, Morningstar’s friends will be there to support him. While previously he had no qualms about referring to himself as being “evil,” the word has new meaning now after the murder of his brother.

Chloe (Lauren German) refuses to believe that her friend is evil. The preview video of “Lucifer” Season 2 episode 6 shows the detective telling her friend that his true nature is not evil, despite what he says constantly. But, Chloe doesn’t really know or believe who her friend really is.

Morningstar will also get some guidance from Linda (Rachael Harris). The psychiatrist will ask him to be honest about who he really is. The interaction with Linda appears to have raised more questions in his mind.

While Morningstar deals with his guilt, a vulnerable Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside) will be approached by Charlotte (Tricia Helfer). The Mother of Angels wants to show her son something. The preview video shows a nameless grave.

Charlotte appears to be successful in turning her son against God in “Lucifer” Season 2 episode 6. The preview video shows Amenadiel saying that he is done trying to please someone who is never really there.
