'Lucifer' Season 2 episode 5 preview: Uriel enters Earth with a proposal

Morningstar’s decision will have consequences in “Lucifer” Season 2 episode 5. The Angel Uriel will enter Earth to force an outcome desired by God. Meanwhile, there is another murder case to solve.

After Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside) warned of consequences for keeping Charlotte (Tricia Helfer) on Earth, Chloe (Lauren German) met with an accident in the previous episode. Preview videos of the next episode reveal the character is still alive.

Apparently, it was the Angel Uriel (Michael Imperioli) who caused the accident, and he is not going to stop till he gets what he wants. The new Angel has a proposal for Morningstar (Tom Ellis). He wants Charlotte to be taken back to Hell, which was the original deal. A refusal will result in the death of Chloe.

Morningstar had underestimated God’s response. He felt that one soul was not so important for his father to go after her. However, given her importance in Morningstar’s life; Uriel will threaten to kill her in “Lucifer” Season 2 episode 5.

With Chloe’s life in danger, Morningstar will try to spend more time with her to protect her. While the two are together they will investigate the murder of his favourite action hero. The preview video shows Dan (Kevin Alejandro) will join the team at the time of questioning a murder suspect.

There will also be a lot action in the next episode. Uriel will have to fight both Morningstar as well as Amenadiel. Will the brothers be able to stop the new Angel on the block?

Charlotte is seen very briefly in the preview videos of “Lucifer” Season 2 episode 5. Her real agenda for coming to Earth appears to be taking shape. Is she trying to turn her sons against God? The character has so far managed to manipulate her sons into allowing her to stay.
