Boredom is one thing that happens after a month or so using the current UI of your Android device and a lot customisation is something that the open source OS can do for you.

Launchers are one way to kick that boredom away out by downloading them from the Play Store, but the LG Optimus 3.0 UI exclusive to LG Optimus handsets is considered one of the smoothest and coolest UI ever made.

Another customisation from xda developers is the possibility to install the LG Optimus 3.0 UI to your desired mobile device as long as it is running Android 4.0 or Ice Cream Sandwich.

Pre-requisites:

1. Android phone or tablet running 4.0 version or Ice Cream Sandwich

2. Make a backup of all personal data and files of your device. The procedure will wipe all data inside the device.

3. At least 50% battery life is retained on the device to avoid any interruption of power loss.

2. Download the LG UI 3.0 Launcher installer file here.
