"Titanic" star Leonardo DiCaprio once again sailed as the "King of the World" on a lavish yacht last Friday at Sydney Harbour. The Hollywood actor was spotted having a good time with his close pals Jonah Hill, Lukas Haas and Kevin Connolly as they traveled along with beautiful women to The Island.

Leonardo DiCaprio sported a look suited for a warm day in Australia. The 38-year-old actor wore a gray T-shirt paired with cargo shorts and a black baseball cap as he attended to his yacht guests.

The group of actors will also join other famous Hollywood celebrities who arrived in Australia such as Chace Crawford, Colton Haynes, Matthew Morrison and Samantha Ronson. "The Star" organized the celebrity gathering where all of them will make an appearance at the Marquee and celebrate New Year's Eve.

The 38-year-old actor flew all the way to Australia for a holiday trip after attending the wedding of his good friend and "Titanic" co-star Kate Winslet in New York. Leonardo DiCaprio was the one who escorted the English actress down the aisle to her waiting groom Ned Rocknroll during the private ceremony.

This is Kate Winslet's third marriage. Ned Rocknroll is the grandson of Richard Branson and the couple began dating last year.

DiCaprio and Winslet got acquainted while filming their blockbuster film "Titanic" in 1996. Since then, the two kept a close friendship and worked together once more in the film "Revolutionary Road" in 2008.

Meanwhile, it appears that Leonardo DiCaprio and company will have a very busy schedule on New Year's Eve. According to the Sunday Telegraph, the group of celebrities will head straight to Las Vegas after the midnight countdown to also welcome 2013 in the United States.
