The Lenovo Vibe Shot is a camera-centric smartphone with premium appeal. It was first unveiled at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015 tech event in March. Gear Best has started the preorders of the Lenovo Vibe Shot for $315.99.

The Lenovo Vibe Shot comes with a 5-inch IPS LCD display that supports a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It delivers a pixel count of 441 ppi. The display is safeguarded by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

The Vibe Shot is powered by Snapdragon 615 chipset that features an octa-core processor working at 1.7 GHz and Adreno 405 graphics. It is accompanied by 3 GB of RAM. The expandable storage slot on the device supports up to 128 GB of microSD. It features an inbuilt storage of 32 GB.

The front and rear cameras are the USPs of the Lenovo Vibe Shot. Its 16 MP rear camera comes with support for Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and triple LED flash. It can shoot full HD videos at 30 fps. The front-facing shooter is of 8 MP and it also capable of shooting full HD videos. The handset is shipped with Android 5.0 Lollipop onboard.

The Vibe Shot is enabled with connectivity features like dual SIM slots, Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, 3G and v4.1 Bluetooth. It is equipped with a massive non-removable battery of 3,000 mAh. It measures 142 x 70 x 7.6 mm and weighs 145 grams.

According to BGR, most of the specs of the Lenovo Vibe Shot are quite similar to that of the Xiaomi Mi 4i. However, the Mi 4i is no competition to the Vibe Shot when it comes to the camera features.

On Gear Best, the Lenovo Vibe Shot is available for preorders with a price tag of $315.9 along with free worldwide shipping service. The last date for preordering the handset is Sept. 20. Gear Best has listed the photography-centric Vibe Shot with three color options like titanium grey, white and rose red.
