Lebron James stars as a judge in a new commercial advertisement for Powerade.

Lebron posted a sneak picture on his official Instagram account. He wore the typical court dress and he's got a wig on, much like the ones used by real court judges. A basketball hoop just above him is pretty noticeable. "On set of my commercial shoot #JudgeJames #Powerade #StriveforGreatness," he posted as the photo's caption.

The four-time NBA Most Valuable Player (MVP) has already worked with Powerade previously. Lebron even did a series for videos titled Lebron Time for the said sports drink. Lebron and Powerade have made the video series interactive where fans are given a chance to have a glimpse of his training sessions as well as participate in it through YouTube. Lebron showed how he managed to stay hydrated by using Powerade Zero Drops despite training for one full hour continuously.

After watching the video, we couldn't agree more with Lebron. Without a doubt, there is really no shortcut to greatness, just like he said. It takes a lot of hard work, dedication, patience to accomplish you greatness and achieve your full potential.

The theme for the new commercial ad is not revealed yet, but it is going to be really exciting to find out what the story line is, which made Lebron dress up like a judge.

Lebron is known as one of the most influential athletes, according to Forbes. That is why he is King James. Powerade is just one of his many sponsorships and endorsement deal. He did business with Audemars Piguet, Nike, Coca-Cola, Samsung, McDonalds, Nike, Adidas, Reebok, and the list just goes on. Maybe Lebron's reputation can indeed help Powerade take some market share from other sports drink makers like Gatorade.

Aside from filming commercial advertisements, Lebron is busy with the NBA 2013-2014 season. His team, Miami Heat, ranks second behind Indiana Pacers with 7 wins and 3 losses. He scored 39 points in the team's Friday game against the Dallas Mavericks.
