American actress and reality television star Laverne Cox has divulged some juicy details about the highly-anticipated season of “Orange Is The New Black.”

The show is set to return with its fourth season, and the stars of the show showed up at the recently held Golden Globes 2016. Laverne Cox is apparently too excited for the show’s new season to shy away from revealing the details of the show. Cox opened up about “Orange Is The New Black” while talking to Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet of the Golden Globes.

"I'm so grateful to be a part of this show that's changed my life and has unprecedented diversity of women on television," scE News quoted Laverne as saying, while she stunned everyone with her Golden Globes red carpet look.

“Our brilliant creator Jenji Kohan has this amazing vision. We just finished shooting season four and we're going deeper into the issues of these women and the criminal justice system and it's getting even more real if you can believe it," she added.

Cox has been essaying the role of Sophia Burset in the show yet another popular show from the house of Netflix “Orange Is The New Black” since its first season that premiered in 2013.

Cox appeared super excited for her very first stint at the Golden Globes Awards. Despite the fact that the 31-year-old has been working in this industry for nearly a decade now, Cox has tasted her first massive success with “Orange Is The New Black” and the show brought her to the red carpet of the show.

“Orange Is The New Black” was nominated for Best Television Series, Comedy or Musical, at the Golden Globes.

Cox attended the award ceremony in an elegant white Elizabeth Kennedy dress and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. Cox also revealed the plans of celebrating the evening with the cast even if they failed to win at the Golden Globes 2016.

"We're such an amazing family and I love love love working with these incredible women," Cox said while signing off.
