The children of late Robin Williams are reportedly currently at war with the actor’s wife of three years over the actor’s estate. The disagreements have reached the court.

Mirror UK reports that Robin William’s wife Susan Schneider and children are now embittered in a legal battler over who would get what from the actor’s vast estate. Susan first complained that someone came into the house days after the actor passed away and took some of the comedian’s belongings away. Documents filed before the Court last December stated that some of the properties of the actor were "unilaterally removed” after “Mr. Williams’ untimely death.”

Robin Williams’ children, however, claimed that the widow has some ulterior motives over the actor’s remaining properties. The late actor’s children, Zak, Zelda and Cody Williams, said that their mother had a plan of changing the contents of their father’s will.

The three children alleged that Susan barred them from entering their father’s house after the untimely death. Court documents stated that the children are “heartbroken” that Susan would act against Robin’s wishes and estate plans.

The siblings shared that their father had told them that his Oscar, films memorabilia, action figures, books and other personally valuable items are theirs to keep. Susan, on the other hand, who had been Robin’s wife for three years, admitted that she has no right over the actor’s acting-related items, even the props from Mork and Mindy. However, she said that she wants the late actor’s dinner suit on their wedding plus other "knick knacks." While the children said they have no qualms about the widow’s interest on the suit and that she can have it, they believe that Susan wanted more than that. They think Susan is trying to change the items included in the term “jewellery.” The reports said that the children would get all the actor’s jewellery, but Susan is arguing that jewellery does not include the actor’s watches.

Back in November, it has been reported by Mail Online that Williams made plans to make sure his estate would be divided correctly. The report stated that Williams has left his estate worth $50 million to the children while Susan would be taken care of based on the prenup they signed before their 2011 wedding. However, the report also said that it is unclear whether Susan would get proceeds from the property of Robin Williams if sold because she signed a prenup agreement. A source close to the late actor have already expressed that the current conflict between the actor’s loved ones would have made the actor feel heartbroken.
